I recommend Essense of life to all my friends. This company actually picks up the phone if there are any questions about your order or to let you know if something is running late. (Not due to them but during Covid the mail system was slow). They took the time to actually call me to be sure I knew where my order was. i knew the world had slowed down, so I was not surprised but so happy about the customer service. I’ve ordered from other places in the past and weeks could go by and I become curious where my order is. Essense was mindful enough to care, to let me know where my order stood. I will only order from them from now on. When I reordered for the second time my order was at my door step within two days and the product was wrapped so well, no damage could come to it. This is the kind of company you want to work with. Kind, mindful and they care.
