Vitamin D...

Vitamin D is formed in the body when ultra-violet rays from the sun activate a form of cholesterol in the skin. Vitamin D aids in the absorption and utiilization of calcium and phosphorus, making it essential for bone building. It has also been linked with lessening symptoms of autoimmune diseases like multiple sclerosis, crohn's disease, and rheumatoid arthritis.
