ESSENSE HEALTH BLEND
|
Essense Health Blend is a diet supplement for blending with juice. It is a great way to obtain essential vitamins, minerals, omega 3 and 6 oils and other special nutrients. In addition, it contains a complex of protein and carbohydrate powders to enhance potency. Blend 1 heaping teaspoon with 10-12 ounces of juice.
Chia seeds and lecithin provide the essential omega 3 and 6 oils. A freeze-dried powder blend of four cruciferous vegetables broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage and brussel sprouts adds valuable phytochemicals. Kelp and montmorillonite add more than 65 trace, bioavailable minerals from the ocean and terrestrial mines.*

MORE INFORMATION ON VITAMINS
|
| 01. |
What Are Vitamins?...
Vitamins are essential substances that cannot be manufactured by the body. It is not always easy to get the amount we need from food alone: fruit and vegetables age (an apple in a bowl loses vitamins hour by hour), and modern processing techniques have considerably reduced the vitamin and mineral content of many foods. |
| 02. |
Why Are Vitamins Important?...
Vitamins must be obtained from food because the body cannot produce them. If the intake of vitamin(s) is insufficient due to poor nutrition, restricted diets, or inadequate intestinal absorption of the vitamins, diseases can occur. |
