PLACING AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER
Essense of Life, LLC. can ship products to countries which allow the import of health supplements. Please look at the tables below to view the list of countries which allow shipping.
Please note, though, that all International/Overseas sales are final and non-returnable. All customs fees, duty, and taxes are solely the responsibility of the customer. Shipping rates and customs restrictions vary by country. Please contact the Customs and/or Ministry of Health Department in your country for questions about any possible duties, fees and import restrictions.

CHECK WITH CUSTOMS / MINISTRY OF HEALTH FOR YOUR COUNTRY
A Customs Office controls what packages / products may enter a country. Some countries' Customs Office may not let the products that Essense-of-Life, LLC sells enter that country. Also, many Customs Offices charge fees for certain packages / products to enter that country. Please check with your country's Customs Office or Ministry of Health to verify what restrictions are placed on packages and products entering that country, and what fees are to be expected. If there is a problem with Customs, you will lose any products confiscated and will be responsible for all Customs fees incurred. Essense-of-Life, LLC. cannot refund or replace any order that has been confiscated by a Customs Office, or that the Customer refuses to pay the Customs fees for. You are responsible for paying your country's duty and tax fees.
OPTION 1: PLACE ORDER BY TELEPHONE
To order by telephone, call +1-951-639-9708. Make sure to add your country's dialing prefix. Please speak slowly and clearly when leaving your name and telephone number, including country code. Please repeat your name and number twice for clarity. We will return your call in the order that it is received. You must be available to speak on the phone between the hours of 8 AM and 3 PM EST Monday – Thursday or between 8 AM and 2 PM EST on Fridays (United States Eastern Standard Time / GMT-5 or GMT-4 during daylight savings time). OPTION 2: PLACE ORDER ONLINE
Complete the form below with your full name, phone number with country code, and complete shipping address. Then list all products that you want to order in the text box provided. DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. We will call you to verify your order and get your credit card information. We can only give an approximate shipping cost estimate at the time of order. You will receive an email notification when the package ships that details final shipping costs and package tracking number.
